David Turner

David Turner, a successful lawyer, has an extensive background in restructuring and insolvency, property and equity cases, corporate law, and litigation. He started his career as a restructuring and insolvency advisor before being called to the NSW Bar, where he gained experience in diverse commercial disputes. Later, he joined Assured Legal Solutions, a commercial and financial services law firm, as a lawyer. David Turner has built a reputation as a pragmatic litigator, assisting clients in resolving disputes quickly and economically. He holds an MBA from AGSM@ UNSW Business School and a Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Laws (with Honours) from Macquarie University.
