He has acquired over 1,200 apartments valued at over $100,000,000+ as the key principal, excelling in property management, financing, underwriting, acquisitions, asset management, construction management, and implementing value add plans.

David's financial background includes work in corporate auditing and investment banking, coupled with his entrepreneurial journey that began at the age of 13.

He also serves as the CEO of Real Estate Lab, a multifamily real estate software company streamlining acquisitions and analysis for investors, and oversees the Real Estate Lab Community with 150+ members.

David Toupin pursued studies in Finance, Accounting, and Finance at the University of Detroit Mercy, and attended Brother Rice High School and Our Lady of Sorrows.
