David Thorne

David H. Thorne is a distinguished American diplomat and businessman who served as Senior Advisor to the Secretary of State at the U.S. Department of State from September 2013 to 2017.1 Born on September 16, 1944, Thorne has had a notable career in both public service and the private sector.3
