David Stocker

David Stocker is an accomplished professional with a diverse educational background and extensive experience in the fields of Computer Science, Public Policy, Urban Planning, and Real Estate Development.

He obtained a Master of Computer Science and Post-baccalaureate Studies in Computer Science from Portland State University. Additionally, he holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy from Michigan State University and a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning with a focus on Land Use and Real Estate from Portland State University.

David Stocker has held several significant roles in various organizations, showcasing his leadership and technical skills. He currently serves as the Director of Engineering at 4 Mile Analytics. Previously, he held the position of Software Engineering Manager at Cambia Health Solutions and Renew Financial, and was a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Renew Financial. His experience also includes roles at AWS Elemental, UX Consulting LLC, and as the CEO of Columbia County Economic Team.
