- Create proposals based on the client’s wants and expectations
- Support sales team during the selling process to answer any unique questions
- Coordinate with the Athletics Department to organize game-day promotions and other responsibilities
- Lead game-day operational team in marketing, customer service, and promotional activities

- Manage all corporate partners by fulfilling contract elements and activation
- Maintain inventory of all partnership components and produce corporate marketing report for CEO
- Participate in sales campaigns by creating proposals for potential clients
- Interact directly with clients to define and execute partnership scope
- Lead sponsor related activities including marketing, graphic design, social media, and game operations
