David Špinar

David Špinar is the CEO of MITON, a Czech-based start-up studio and venture capital company specializing in investing and building innovative digital B2C businesses with global aspirations.

Under his leadership, MITON has a diverse portfolio of approximately 20 companies, including successful ventures like Displate, Glami, Bonami, Rohlík, Biano, and Driveto. The company has achieved numerous successful exits, with notable acquisitions such as Slevomat by Secret Escapes, DameJidlo by Delivery Hero, and Restu by Metro.

Before spearheading MITON, David gained valuable experience at Google as the Head of Performance and also founded an online marketing agency. His educational background includes a Bachelor's degree from Vysoká škola ekonomická v Praze.

Apart from his role at MITON, David has been involved in various organizations, serving as a former Board Member at Campiri, Vice President at the Czech Archery Association, Owner at Hero Camper Czech Republic, and Board Member at Reas.cz, Scuk.cz, Driveto, s.r.o. He has also explored diverse interests, such as farming and horse breeding at Farma Mysletice.
