David Spiller

David Spiller is a highly experienced attorney with an impressive track record of negotiating successful business deals on behalf of his clients. With extensive experience in lower-middle market business mergers and acquisitions, he has overseen deals in a wide range of industries and for private and public companies, private equity funds, and sponsors. Spiller is also adept at helping technology companies make their products/services available to the market by entering into strategic partnerships through agreements like SaaS-specific and joint venture agreements. As the chair of the General Counsel Services practice group at Miller & Martin PLLC and a Vice-Chair of the Corporate Department, Spiller is an excellent and responsive advocate for his clients, whether they participate in significant deals every day or only once in a lifetime.
