Additionally, David Simmonds has extensive experience as a Business Consultant, Training Learning and Development Specialist, and Consultant in a wide range of public, private, and not-for-profit organizations. He is focused on helping large companies measure the ROI of their HR function, with expertise in HR analytics, HR data, and HR advice.
