David Shapiro

David Shapiro holds a Master's degree in Real Estate, Management, and Hospitality from Cornell School Of Hotel Administration, and a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Finance from Cornell University Ilr School. With a wealth of experience in the real estate and hospitality industry, David has held key positions at various renowned organizations. Currently, he serves as the Vice President and Head of East Coast at Lyric. Prior to this role, he held the position of Managing Director in Capital Markets at Meridian Capital Group. Additionally, he has also worked as the Senior Vice President of Hospitality and Residential Development at Bauhouse Group, Llc, as well as in leadership roles at Ivy Equities and J.P. Morgan as Vice President of Capital Markets and Associate in Investment Banking respectively.
