David Seebran

David Seebran is a Computational Scientist specializing in Computational Digital Signal Processing, with a focus on applying these techniques to solve engineering problems related to 1D and 2D Signals (Computer Vision) and Deep Learning (CNN). He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD Candidate) in Electrical Engineering from the University of South Florida, an MSc in Computer Science from Florida State University, and MSc and BSc degrees in Electrical Engineering from the University of the West Indies, St. Augustine Campus.
