David Rosenthal

David Rosenthal is the General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer at Gotham Green Partners (GGP), a position he has held since joining the firm in 2017. In his role, he is deeply involved in various aspects of the firm’s operations, including investment structuring, legal strategy, and compliance policies. He also provides strategic guidance to portfolio companies and serves on their boards.12

Before his tenure at GGP, David worked for six years as an associate at Kirkland & Ellis in New York, where he gained significant experience in corporate law.14 He holds a bachelor's degree from Harvard College and a Juris Doctor (JD) from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.13

David resides in Seattle, Washington, with his wife and three sons.1
