David Reid is currently leading the Mobile Adoption team at RBS, focusing on enhancing customer experience through mobile banking.

With a background in Business Administration and Computing & Information Systems, David brings a unique blend of skills to his role.

His specialties include customer experience, digital banking, sales productivity, project management, and leadership.

Having held various roles at RBS, ranging from Senior Analytics Manager to Commercial Manager, David has a wealth of experience in the banking sector.

Prior to his career at RBS, David also gained experience in retail management at both Woolworths and Peacocks Stores Ltd.

David's expertise spans areas such as commercial management, online sales & marketing, web design, and business transformation.

His educational background includes a BA (Hons) in Business Administration from the University of the West of Scotland and an MSC in Computing & Information Systems from the University of Greenwich.
