Caroline Wachsmuth is a seasoned technology entrepreneur, consultant, and advisor with almost three decades of experience in the field. With a passion for incubating and scaling innovative new technologies, she has been instrumental in raising seed through Series C funding rounds, producing over $1 billion in shareholder value at exit. Her expertise spans a variety of industries, including Healthcare IT, Enterprise SaaS, Clean Tech, and Information Security. Wachsmuth's international technology management experience has taken her to the Americas, China, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, European Union, and the Balkans. She has numerous successful stories to her name, most notably leading Pandadoc's shift from Belarus to the US as Interim CEO and the successful acquisition of HackerSafe, which she co-founded and designed, by McAfee in 2008 for high eight figures.
