David Quinn

David Quinn is a seasoned professional with over ten years of experience in economic development, institutional development, and policy reform.

He has successfully managed projects and spearheaded reform initiatives in twenty-two countries across Africa, Asia, and the Middle East.

With a strong educational background including a Master's degree from the London School of Economics and being recognized as Irish Business Student of the Year, David Quinn has established himself as an expert in his field.

Some of his notable achievements include leading an East Africa agricultural cross-border trade assessment that influenced Rwanda's National Trade Strategy and developing a key institutional assessment tool utilized by USAID in sixteen countries.

Currently, David Quinn holds the position of Chief Technical Officer at Integra Government Services International.

His previous roles include Vice President at Integra Government Services International, Industry Analyst at Fintrac Inc, Independent Consultant in International Economic Development, Operations Manager and Trade Specialist at Nathan Associates, and Policy Specialist II at Fintrac Inc.

Moreover, he has served as an Advisor at the European Union Delegation to the United Nations, a Researcher at the Institute for International Integration Studies, and as the President of the Trinity College Dublin Students' Union.
