David Peterson

David Peterson, a seasoned C-level executive, has accumulated over three decades of experience in Finance and Operations in micro-cap, small-cap, and mid-cap companies. Throughout his career, Peterson has been involved in launching 15 startups and raising over $100 million in early-stage and growth funding. His extensive industry expertise encompasses Enterprise Software and Emerging Technologies, Consumer Product Marketing, and Real Estate Development.

As a former Director at Plan Check Kitchen + Bar and Chief Financial Officer at TVplus, iViu Technologies, and CreditReport.com, Peterson has demonstrated his ability to deliver successful exits for investors with a total value of over $350 million.

Peterson is a graduate of the Executive Institute for Management of High Technology Companies at Stanford University/AEA Executive Institute and holds an MBA in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix, as well as a BA in Finance and Accounting from National University.

Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at POUND® - Rockout.Workout., Peterson has continued to utilize his financial expertise in advising multiple firms, including Disaster Surveyor Systems, Inc. and Radian Laser Systems, during his tenure as a CFO Advisor.
