David Parsigian

David Parsigian is a seasoned professional with a robust background in finance, corporate, and securities law. He specializes in representing high-technology companies across various industries like information technology, biotechnology, life sciences, medical devices, and advanced manufacturing.

His expertise lies in representing institutional venture firms and individual investors in their high-technology investment activities. David is adept at guiding emerging technology companies from their early stages through acquisition or initial public offerings.
