David P. Bugay, Ph.D., is a highly experienced organizational behaviorist who specializes in executive level planning, evaluation of programs and personnel, change management, conflict resolution, compliance, legal issues, labor relations, financial analysis, and employee retention. His educational background includes a Ph.D. in Organizational Behavior from Union Institute & University, an MBA in Business Administration from Oakland University, a BS in Business Administration from Wayne State University, and an AA in Liberal Arts from Macomb Community College.

He currently works as a Professor of Business at Irvine Valley College, and he has previously served as the Founder and Vice President of Human Resources at HR Leaders in the Dallas/Fort Worth Area, as well as the Vice President of Human Resources at South Orange County Community College District and the College of the Desert. He has also worked as the Director of Operations at Oakland Community College, and as the Director of Campus Services.
