- Envision, staff and shape the business insights team, a first ever for ACLU, which is responsible for helping the ACLU make data-driven decisions in a more effective and easy manner.•	Coached a team of 3 Data Reporting Analysts in understanding ACLU’s nationwide data models and developing complex dashboards in Looker, Salesforce, and Civis primarily utilizing SQL.•	Developed ACLU’s first ever organization-wide, Analytics Data Definitions Dictionary in rStudio utilizing markdown and HTML. This has led to the standardization of financial KPI’s across all departments and 53 different nationwide affiliates.•	Project Managed the implementation of Looker for over 300 nationwide staff. Developed a forward-thinking data model based on requirements gathering sessions with senior stakeholders.•	Shepherded the successful transition of our Redshift Warehouse, centralizing several different sources of data in order to create a powerful, singular analytics experience for the organization.

Manager of Business Insights

- Transformed ACLU’s nationwide financial data model with an eye towards standardizing and improving reporting on financial KPI’s throughout the organization and reduction of data entry errors in what was a very complicated business process.•	Mentored a new team member in evolving as a Business Analyst, and who was ultimately promoted as a Product Manager under my guidance.•	Designed and directed the initial UAT test battery for Salesforce CRM implementation facilitating initial knowledge share to support and identifying functional and process gaps.•	Led scrum calls, tracked vendor efforts, oversaw story development and spearheaded ACLU’s new data model developed during the CRM implementation process.•	Guided several initiatives for business process improvement in the transition from legacy systems to the new Salesforce CRM.

Business Analyst

Partnerships for Parks is a joint program between the City Parks Foundation and NYC Department of Parks and Recreation. It is a public-private program that supports and champions a growing network of leaders, caring and advocating for NYC neighborhood parks and green spaces.•	Built and deployed several custom objects to our Salesforce environment to better execute business objectives. This action resulted in saving $40,000 off implementation costs•	Reimagined PfP’s existing Microsoft SQL database through business process improvement and better capture volunteer activity in order to boost transparency and efficiency by over 30% •	Devised a training plan and directed organization-wide Salesforce training sessions•	Deployed first-ever corporate Intranet based on Google Sites to increase access to content and decrease data silos, enhanced collaboration, and centralized area for documentation for the new Salesforce instance.

NYC Department of Parks & Recreation

Database Associate

- Birthed a Microsoft Access client database, which enabled cleaner and more efficient data entry and integrity and led to an increase in productivity and ease of collaboration. •	Converted video editing to an in-house operation versus outsourced which cut monthly expenditure by over $1500 monthly.•     Reinvigorated the sermon series published for local cable TV channels BCAT and BronxNet by overhauling the introduction, adding subtext and reducing video turnaround time by 50% and lessening production errors significantly. •	Initiated the first formal network infrastructure which accelerated file sharing, reduced reliance on printing documents, centralized security and data storage needs.•	Transformed youth work program structure, galvanized over 20 youths in a community sales-based work program increasing sales by 30%•     Championed the rebirth of the BENY newspaper, a free community based publication with distribution of up to 5,000 copies monthly showcasing the achievements of the youth program and our work in the Brownsville and East New York communities

Helping Hands Christian Community Center

Video Producer/ IT Support & Program Coordinator

ODJ (Claro) was the third largest telecommunications provider in Jamaica with roughly 800,000 subscribers, the sole implementer of the CDMA technology and first to begin establishing an LTE network.  •	Managed and mentored a team of three (3) analysts saving Jamaican dollar equivalent of $270,000 in leaked revenue•	Secured the Oracle Data Warehouse by developing a series of SQL scripts, which were used to assist in identifying revenue breeches and leakages in the systems.   •	Employed a mix of SQL scripts and software programs to refine a series of network penetration and analyze call-testing patterns, which supported the identification of potential bypass activity and gaps in the telecommunications network.  •	Administered IT security audits on user groups and permissions for computer systems, physical access systems, and levels and database systems.• Reinforced security and vulnerability awareness by collaboratively developing the first information security staff handbook• Shrunk network bypass by roughly 30% employing data analytics through new fraud management systems where I was the functional leaderEnvironment: Oracle and MSSQL server, Subex Moneta, Amdocs Fraud Management Systems

Revenue Assurance Officer (IT Security and Fraud Management)

ODJ (Claro) was the third largest telecommunications provider in Jamaica with roughly 800,000 subscribers, the sole implementer of the CDMA technology and first to begin establishing an LTE network. •	Served as Business Intelligence lead initiating Oracle BI work on the project.   •	Maintained and managed the Oracle database server, as well as the Microsoft SQL servers for Retail IQ.•	Used SQL to configure loading and facilitate report generation from the warehouse. •	Successfully executed the role of Technical Lead in the HP-IUM reporting system implementation between our Jamaica and Dominican Republic offices.• Functioned in a support role both as a part of the development and implementation of the SAP ERP system primarily focusing on the Sales and Distribution Module and also the host for system training.Environment: UNIX, Oracle 9i, Oracle Business Intelligence Tools, SAP ERP system, Crystal Reports

The company changed hands from an American owner to the Latin American owner, Claro.•	Pioneered development of, execution of, and was recognized for the CDMA network call user acceptance testing which reduced errors in billing resulting from system configuration inaccuracies by 20% •	Revitalized company-wide Point of Sale system documentation following a successful implementation, roll-out and training which resulted in a 20% process improvement•	Spearheaded elicitation and requirements gathering, working with cross functional teams to effect program and value-added initiatives on our point of sale system which improved the company’s ability to sell, upsell and market •	Supported, tested and optimized several intercarrier systems to support billing and billing reconciliation•	General application support

ODJ (MiPhone) was the third largest telecommunications provider in Jamaica with roughly 600,000 subscribers and the sole implementer of the CDMA technology.•	Piloted a new telemarketing database system built using Microsoft Access which facilitated the activities of the newly formed telemarketing team, which drove new sales growth of JMD $100,000 in 6 months•	Effectively executed the role of tier 1 customer support, contributing to the overall KPI 80% of calls resolved on first-contact•	Provided on-the-phone or on-site expert technical support for internal teams, marketing initiatives and over 20 dealers for community events and promotions
