David Mollin

David Mollin is a seasoned professional with over 5 years of experience in technical consulting, specializing in guiding corporate leaders through business transformation and tech M&A.

His expertise lies in cloud and infrastructure design, implementation, and migration, as well as conducting IT infrastructure due diligence, assessments, strategic planning, and implementations to facilitate private equity transactions.

David Mollin has worked across various industries including financial services (banking, asset management), information technology (Software as a Service, managed services), manufacturing & distribution, not-for-profit, life sciences, and private equity.

He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.

Currently, David serves as a Senior Associate in IT M&A within the Deal Advisory & Strategy division at KPMG US. Prior to this role, he held positions at West Monroe Partners as a Cloud & Infrastructure Senior Consultant, Cloud & Infrastructure Experienced Consultant, and Cloud & Infrastructure Consultant.

David Mollin has also interned at AIG as a Technology Analyst Intern - Identity and Access Management (IAM), and at Beam Suntory as a Global IT Intern.
