David Metcalf, Ph.D., is a highly accomplished researcher and innovator in the field of information systems. Dr. Metcalf holds an extensive educational background, including a Ph.D. in Information Systems, a Master of Science, and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer Graphics, Art from The University of Texas at Austin. He has held numerous prominent positions and has contributed significantly to the scientific community.

Dr. Metcalf founded Moving Knowledge and currently serves as President of the company. Previously, he served as the GP and Managing Director of Global Blockchain Ventures, LLC, and Chairman Emeritus of David C. Cook. He has conducted extensive research work at the University of Central Florida and has held important positions at RWD Technologies and NASA.

Dr. Metcalf is experienced in learning technologies, data analytics, and design thinking. He has a deep understanding of blockchain and other emerging technologies. He is an expert in developing strategies and solutions to enhance organizational learning outcomes. Dr. Metcalf has a passion for innovation and has led several successful projects in his illustrious career.
