David Mery is a highly educated individual with a diverse academic background in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Molecular Biology, and Pre-Medicine. He holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from Cornell University, and an Associate of Arts and Sciences (A.A.S.) in Pre-Medicine/Pre-Medical Studies from Dutchess Community College.
Throughout his academic journey, David Mery has been actively involved in various research and educational roles. He has served as a Graduate Student at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Chair of the AAPS/UAMS Student Chapter at the American Association of Pharmaceutical Scientists (AAPS), and has conducted research on Ecuadorian Medicinal Plants at UTPL. Additionally, he has been engaged in Natural Products Research at multiple institutions including the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, Weill Cornell Medical College, Cornell University, and Purchase College.
In addition to his research roles, David Mery has also demonstrated his commitment to education by tutoring students in subjects such as Calculus, Organic Chemistry, and Physics at Dutchess Community College. Prior to his academic pursuits, he gained hands-on experience as a Powder Coat Operator at Rollo Powder Coating.
