David Martin

David Martin is a highly experienced individual with over 35 years in the urban real estate industry, during which he has significantly enriched and elevated various real estate projects. He has accumulated a vast portfolio that surpasses 24 million square feet and includes over 20,000 residential units. David's educational background is quite impressive, having pursued Graduate Business studies at Harvard Business School Executive Education, a Masters in Real Estate from Golden Gate University, and a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of North Alabama. Throughout his career, he has been actively involved in several prestigious organizations, such as serving as a Founding Board Member at the Harvard University Graduate School Leadership Institute, Chairman of the Investment Committee at CityView, and Founder, Chairman, and CEO of The Martin Group of Companies, Inc., which later transformed into TMG Partners in 2003.
