Currently, David serves as a judicial referee in the New York Supreme Court, 9th Judicial District, bringing his expertise in law, ethics, and mediation to the bench.

In addition to his judicial role, David is an accomplished rabbi, teaching at a Jewish seminary and offering spiritual guidance to a diverse range of individuals.

A strong advocate for mental health in the legal profession, David co-founded the Lawyers Depression Project, highlighting his commitment to holistic well-being.
