David Marchante

David Marchante is currently a Software Development Engineer Apprentice at Amazon, bringing in diverse experiences to his role.

With a background in web development focusing on Angular and C#, David has transitioned from a designer at a landscape architecture firm to his current tech role.

His tech stack includes HTML, CSS, SASS, JavaScript, TypeScript, Node, Angular, React, C#, MSSQL, and Postgres.

David's educational journey includes studies in Fundamentals, Intermediate, and Advanced Software Development at Code Fellows, along with a Graduate Certificate in Geographic Information Science from Penn State University and a Bachelor of Science in Digital Media and Web Technology from the University of Maryland.

Throughout his career, David has been involved with various organizations like Operation Code, Flightdocs, CH2M, Architectural Land Design Inc, Gulfstream Aerospace, and Amazon Web Services (AWS).

Prior to his tech career, David served as a City Planner, Project Designer, Aircraft Planner, Quality Inspector, and Sergeant in the United States Marine Corps.
