David Maez

David Maez, a University of North Texas graduate, began his career in Digital and Guerrilla Marketing with his company Silverback PR before transitioning to real estate as a top-performing REALTOR(R) alongside his mother Bernice at The Maez Group with RE/MAX.

Taking the entrepreneurial leap, David co-founded VIVO Realty in 2011 and currently serves as the Broker, while also being a TREC Certified Instructor with Champions Real Estate School.

An expert in content marketing and branding, David is a regular contributor to reputable platforms like Thrillist and Forbes Real Estate Council. He is a sought-after professional speaker, providing training and consultancy on social media, branding, and content strategy for agents and brands.

Beyond real estate, David is the Co-Founder of INJEXED MedBar, a successful MedSpa specializing in injectables.
