LivePerson makes life easier by transforming how people communicate with brands. Our 18,000 customers, including leading brands like Citibank, HSBC, Orange, and The Home Depot, use our conversational commerce solutions to orchestrate humans and AI, at scale, and create a convenient, deeply personal conversational relationship with their millions of consumers.

Launched the conversation orchestrator (https://developers.liveperson.com/conversation-orchestrator-overview.html), which is an intelligent and customizable platform to increase consumer satisfaction and lower operational expenses for enterprises.  I implemented a rules engine to evaluate business rules based on real-time context data and execute actions to achieve desired business results.

Built the Intent Manager product (https://developers.liveperson.com/intent-manager-overview.html) and the Insights product (https://knowledge.liveperson.com/data-reporting-insights-getting-started-with-insights.html), which provide data analytics for customers powered by our ETL data pipeline processing ~20M messages/day with $12M+ annual revenue from brands across verticals like telecom, finance, transportation, etc.

Led our company’s AI initiative by defining and building the Machine Learning pipeline with Kubeflow with the goal to let engineers or data scientists easily build ML pipelines.

• Online Agreements System
OAS is a company-wide system for storing, managing, and publishing online agreements. It is a content management system which manages agreements across the company. It provides a highly available back-end service to the web pages to display the content of the agreements to millions of customers and tracks user acceptance of these agreements. I started the project from scratch by understanding the existing processes and technologies being used, talked to more than a hundred of clients, created a list of prioritized requirements, and got the requirements signed off from the clients. Led the development team through architecture design, development, QA, and release.

• Authentication Portal
Authentication Portal is a highly available, secure, and performant system, which is responsible for sign in, sign out, change email/name/password, fraud detection for millions of Amazon customers
