David Lieber

David Lieber is an accomplished professional with a strong background in privacy issues, currently serving as the Head of Privacy Public Policy for the Americas at TikTok. He has a Juris Doctor degree from Northwestern University School of Law and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Bates College.

David Lieber's career has seen him hold key positions in notable organizations such as TikTok and Google. He has served as the Director and Senior Privacy Policy Counsel at TikTok, as well as in various Privacy Policy Counsel roles at Google. Prior to his time at Google, he gained valuable legal experience as an Associate at DLA Piper, LLP.

With a solid educational foundation and a wealth of experience, David Lieber has worked extensively in privacy policy and legal matters. His career also includes time spent in government roles, having served as a Legislative Assistant at the Senate Judiciary Committee and as a Legislative Aide/Correspondent for Senator Dick Durbin.

In addition to his professional accomplishments, David Lieber has been involved in coaching kids' sports teams, showcasing his commitment to engaging with the community outside of his legal and policy work.
