David Li is a seasoned IT professional with 11 years of experience within a global defense and aerospace company, specializing in Systems Software Engineering in the data communication and telecommunications sector.

David holds certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) and ITIL® Foundation Certificate in IT Service Management, alongside completing the Dale Carnegie Course, honing his interpersonal and leadership skills.
