David Lester is a highly experienced professional with a rich academic background and extensive industry experience in various prestigious institutions. He began his career in academia, having studied at Northwestern University, Harvard Medical School, Weizmann Institute, and the NIH. Transitioning to industry, David spent several years at the FDA, culminating in the role of Senior Science Advisor for OPS/CDER. He then ventured into the pharmaceutical industry as the Director of Clinical Technologies at Pharmacia, followed by roles at Pfizer, including NY Site Head of Clinical Technology and Director of Pfizer Human Health Technologies. David also has experience in molecular diagnostics and maintains his consulting organization, ITHW, Inc. and co-founded Inside Tracker. Returning to Australia, he worked at CSIRO and Monash University before focusing on setting up two new startups.
