David Leibsohn

David Leibsohn is an accomplished executive with a diverse background in business development, corporate development, and venture investing.

Throughout his career, David has overseen a large corporate venture fund and a small angel fund, and has successfully managed numerous business transactions, including strategic partnerships, debt and equity financings worth $1 billion, and M&A deals as large as $3 billion.

Currently, David's focus lies on companies that aim to enhance physical, mental, and emotional health and wellbeing on a broad scale.

David holds a JD/MBA and kickstarted his professional journey as a corporate attorney in Silicon Valley.

His educational background includes an MBA from Georgetown University McDonough School of Business, a JD Magna Cum Laude from Georgetown University Law Center, and a BA in Economics and Political Science from the University of Washington. He also completed an Integral Leadership Coaching Certification at New Ventures West.

David has held significant roles in various organizations such as Managing Partner at Subtle Energy Funders Collective, Corporate Development Advisor at Self, SVP Corporate Development and Business Development at Ygrene Energy Fund, VP Corporate Development at Ygrene Energy Fund, and more.

Prior to his current endeavors, David has been involved in positions ranging from Co-Founder and CEO at Aerodyne Acquisition LLC to Managing Member at Incas Fund LLC.

His expertise in the field is further underlined by his tenure as Director of Corporate Development at Excite@Home and as an Attorney specializing in Corporate and Securities at Wilson Sonsini Goodrich & Rosati.
