Meet Dave, the President and Chief Operating Officer of BirdEye, with over 20 years of experience in marketing, sales management, direct sales, technical sales support, and cloud computing. He studied at Massachusetts Institute of Technology, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, before moving to Choate Rosemary Hall. Before joining BirdEye, Dave held several leadership positions in big companies, including EVP of Sales and Marketing for Yext, CRO for Campaign Monitor and GetFeedback, and five years at salesforce.com. There, he led the top area in the commercial business unit, opened the Chicago office, and added 400 people in two years. Dave was also VP of Sales and Marketing for PureSense Environmental and Autonomy, where he significantly grew the sales team and revenues. Dave is specialized in SMB and Start-up leadership, marketing, large/complex software negotiations, technical sales, and business development. He is also a former board advisor at SV Academy and Playworks.
