A leading national not for profit organisation focused on delivering behavioural change on Australian roads leading to a measurable reduction in the incidence and injury rate of cyclists.General management responsibility for all commercial activity, fundraising initiatives and development of new annuity revenue streams to underpin the ongoing financial viability of the Foundation.  Additionally, led key community engagement, strategic marketing and communications activity including consumer promotions, media, public relations and merchandise.Key achievements included:- Primary responsibility for generating new commercial revenue that has increased total revenues five-fold and has directly led to the foundation achieving a level of financial independence- Co-developed and led the commercial and marketing functions for Amy’s Gran Fondo; Australia’s first international closed road mass participation cycling event on the Great Ocean Road that attracted in excess of 20,000 participants and $1.2mil in net revenue since 2011- Obtained seed funding and led the community engagement behaviour change program called “Cycle Safe Communities” that was awarded the major prize at the 2014 Australian College of Road Safety Transport awards, including presenting on behalf of the Amy Gillett Foundation at the National American Road Transport Safety Conference in Tampa, Florida in February 2015- Instigated media partnerships generating in excess of $1 million annually in retail media value while assisting promotion of cycle safety behaviour change campaigns including "a metre matters" in the period 2010-15

Creation of a freelance sponsorship, marketing strategy and sales procurement consultancy business to assist small to medium enterprises, government and not for profit organisations.Contracted engagements include:Sustainability Victoria: Over a fifteen-month period generated corporate revenue growth of 110% for four of the government departments sustainability awards programs including Tidy Towns and the Premier’s Sustainability Awards.Amy Gillett Foundation - Sponsorship & Fundraising Manager:Developed a strategic framework and asset audit to secure new corporate sponsorship revenueIncreased revenue by 120 percent during an initial twelve-month contract including new corporate and government sponsorships. FIT Sponsorship: Initiated a six-figure corporate sponsorship with Aviva Investors for title rights to the Phantom of the Opera sequel, Love Never Dies and assisted in market segmentation and sales to procure sponsors for the Australian stage show High School Musical and Broadway show Avenue Q. Ovarian Cancer Australia:Commercial Sales Officer six-month contract role primarily responsible for the strategic directionand generation of all new corporate and philanthropic sponsorship initiatives & revenues to assist in raising awareness. 	 Acrobatt Marketing:Two-year contract procuring sponsorship and revenue with assignments including creation of a pipeline to broker sponsorship for AFL clubs, the Western Bulldogs and Port Power.  In addition, directly procured over 30 cycling exhibitors generating new sales in excess of $100K per annum forthe 2008 and 2009 Bicycle Victoria Around the Bay in a Day Cycling Expo.

Galileo by Travelport is a global technology solutions leader that works in partnership with travel agencies, travel suppliers and global corporations to provide innovative solutions that drive success.Responsible for management and growth of senior relationships with existing national accounts including Webjet, Concorde and the Jetset Travelworld Group.  Led the company’s online corporate business to business agency strategy including ownership of key third party relationships and formulation of a strategy to target non-traditional sales channels. Additionally, managed a national sales team of 26 people to develop new sales strategies for the AU/NZ markets resulting in increased revenues, retention of clients and market share that included maintaining the AU/NZ sales budget with full profit and loss responsibility for the deals completed by the national sales team.

Undertook a variety of management positions in both Sydney and Melbourne in a product management, marketing and call centre operations capacity that all required management of direct reports.Key achievements in this time included:- Management of the strategic product roadmaps for the Asia Pacific region on a budget of US$2.5  million - Helped to drive the strategic direction and high-level functional requirements of a new strategic  product initiative whilst also obtaining approval of US$1 million in funding - Worked with the Managing Director in brokering a joint venture with Webjet and Microsoft that ultimately resulted in a net revenue in excess of AU$5 million dollars - Oversaw the delivery and management of Galileo subscriber product across 18 countries in the Asia Pacific Region- Winner of the annual Travelport CEO Disney Award for excellence and high achievement (one of four winners from 200+ employees) held in Orlando, USA.
