David Lee

David Lee is the Chairman and CEO of Allegiance Mobile Health, a company specializing in medical transportation and emergency services, a position he has held since October 2014. He is based in the Austin, Texas Metropolitan Area and has over 25 years of operational experience across various industries, including information technology and life sciences. Additionally, he has 19 years of experience as a venture capital and private equity investor.123

In addition to his role at Allegiance Mobile Health, David Lee is also the Partner and Managing Director at CapStream Group since June 2019 and serves as the Chairman of the Board for Sentient Ventures, a private equity firm he founded in February 2002.12 His extensive background includes participation on over 15 for-profit boards, where he has held various leadership positions, including Chairman roles for companies such as ESO Solutions and Caringo.2

David holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The University of Texas at Austin. He is actively involved in non-profit organizations, contributing his expertise to several educational and community-focused boards.2
