Key Accomplishments:
• Played an integral role in the rebranding and launching of Biossance in
Sephora stores; currently in all stores within the US and Canada and emerging into global
markets in Brazil, Mexico, SE Asia and Australia.
• Desigedn visual merchandising solutions for Sephora retail displays in
stores (globally and domestically). Managed all instore updates from the concept level to
the design level while communicating closely with external vendors to ensure accuracy
and quality.
• Established the concept and development of the 2019 holiday sets; created shots lists
for internal and external photographers, directed photoshoots and provided detailed
instruction and feedback for photo retouchers.
• Led a global packaging initiative by managing a team to convert all
packaging SKUs to meet global compliance.
