David Kowarsky

David Kowarsky, an early employee and first investor in Grovo Learning Inc., played a key role in shaping the modern corporate training market with a focus on microlearning.

He established production standards at Grovo and continued to maintain them post-acquisition by Cornerstone OnDemand in 2018.

David transitioned to Cornerstone OnDemand, where he supports the content production team, drawing on his vast experience in content creation to facilitate efficient processes and maintain workflow alignment.

With expertise in commercial voiceover, digital non-linear editing, writing, and directing, David is comfortable both in front of and behind the camera, as well as in the editing bay and the conference room.

His educational background includes studying Folklore and Mythology at Harvard University, Writing, Acting, and Artistic Collaboration at New York Neo Futurists, and training at the Stella Adler Studio of Acting/Abacus Entertainment.

David's previous roles include Studios Production Manager at Cornerstone OnDemand, Owner of Khyros Multimedia, Executive Director and Co-Founder of Worlds Elsewhere Theatre Company Inc., and various positions at Grovo and Thomson Reuters.

He has also worked as a Creative Reviewer at pulver.com.
