David Kosiba

David Kosiba is the Head Brewer at Utara Brewing Company, located in Sandpoint, Idaho. He has been in this role since the brewery's opening on June 23, 2023, which followed nearly a year of construction on a historic 1908 building.21 Prior to his current position, Kosiba gained significant experience in the brewing industry, notably serving as Head Brewer at Laughing Dog Brewing Company from 2010 to 2013.13

In addition to his brewing expertise, Kosiba has a background in design and project management, which has contributed to his skill set in producing high-quality craft beer. His professional journey also includes work as an Integration Analyst at Kochava since 2013.1
