David Knowles is a highly experienced executive in the real estate industry, with a career focused on capital raising and strategy for the world's largest real estate companies. He is the Managing Director at Stanfield Partners, where he is responsible for capital formation, investing activities in real estate technology companies, and creating a dedicated real estate tech venture partnership. With a strong background in finance and economics, David was a leader in the creation of the CMBS market and played a central role in the creation of the global REIT market.
