David Kim, Esq.

David Kim, Esq., is an accomplished immigration attorney with extensive experience in labor and employment law, entertainment law, music law, and immigration law. He has a strong commitment to serving as a legal advocate for individuals who may not have had access to legal representation.

David Kim pursued his legal education at Cardozo School of Law, where he obtained his JD, and his undergraduate studies in History at the University of California, Berkeley.

Throughout his career, David Kim has held various significant roles, including serving as an Attorney at Telleria, Telleria & Levy, LLP. He also worked as the Director of Acquisitions for the Music Group at Sony Pictures Entertainment and as the Lead Entertainment Attorney at The Hollywood Lawyer.

David Kim's professional journey includes positions such as General Counsel at East West Artists, Attorney for Business and Legal Affairs at CJ Entertainment America, and roles at d.y.k. law, PC, the Law Offices of Paul P. Cheng, and the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office.

In addition to his legal roles, David Kim has gained diverse experience, having worked as a Research Assistant at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law, an Executive Assistant at JYP Entertainment, and an Intern at the New York City Law Department, among others.

Before entering the legal field, David Kim also served as an Instructor and Assistant Director at JEI Learning Centers in Santa Clara, CA, showcasing his commitment to education and community involvement.
