David Jacobs is a highly experienced and accomplished professional with a diverse background that spans across various industries, including cybersecurity, information technology, and business operations management. He has extensive military experience serving as an Observer Controller Trainer in the United States Army Reserve where he honed his skills in cyber mission element leadership and defensive cyber operations. Furthermore, Jacobs has worked for the Bank of America for nearly a decade, where he held various positions, including Vice President - Division Information Security Director and Human Resources Technology Architect.

Jacobs's professional experience extends beyond the financial sector since he served as a Founding Member of the Wheelchairs For Kids International Board of Directors. He has also held several senior leadership positions that helped hone his skills in technology delivery management, service delivery management, and security and privacy management. Currently, he is working as a Senior Manager of Security and Privacy at Protiviti, a global consulting firm that provides audit, consulting, and risk management services.

Jacobs graduated from Texas A&M University with a degree in Business Administration in Operations Management and studied at the U.S. Army Command and General Staff College.
