David Molnar

David J. Molnar is an experienced attorney and legal counsel with over 15 years in the field.

He has served as the lead attorney in more than 70 trials, including both jury and bench trials, showcasing his extensive commercial and general business expertise.

David is licensed to practice law in Colorado, Idaho, before the United States District Courts for Colorado and Idaho, as well as before the United States Tax Court.

His strong suit lies in research and writing, demonstrating his profound dedication to helping others.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.), cum laude from the State University of New York at Albany, and a J.D. with distinction from the University of Iowa College of Law.
