David Hynam

David Hynam is the Non-Executive Chairman of HomeServe UK, a position he has held since November 2017. He succeeded David Bennett in this role. Prior to becoming chairman, Hynam was appointed as a non-executive director and chair of the Remuneration Committee for HomeServe Membership in 2014, contributing significantly to the board during his tenure.12
