David Hopkins

David Hopkins is an accomplished business leader with extensive experience in the fitness and leisure industry. He has spent much of his career in management roles, honing his skills in sales and marketing, project management, and team leadership. David is the Founder and Managing Director of Proinsight Research Ltd, a customer experience research company that helps businesses improve their operations by understanding customer preferences and behaviors. Prior to this, he held various executive positions at Proleisure, David Lloyd Leisure, and GLL. David is a Net Promoter® Certified Associate Professional and has a Post Grad Marketing degree from the Chartered Institute of Marketing. He also served as a non-executive director for Gravesham Community Leisure Limited. David's passion for understanding customer needs and improving business outcomes has made him a trusted advisor to many companies in the fitness and leisure space.
