David Holtz

David Holtz is a principal of Holtz, Slavett & Drabkin, A Professional Law Corporation, specializing in tax litigation including tax assessment defense, collection defense, and criminal defense.

With a background as a Senior Tax Litigator and a Special Assistant United States Attorney at the Internal Revenue Service, David has extensive experience in litigating tax cases before various courts and governmental tax agencies.

He earned his LL.M. in Taxation from the University of Florida and his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wyoming. David also holds a B.S. in Accounting from the University of Wyoming and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed by the State of Colorado.
