David Hirning has a rich and diverse background in technology and strategy. He is an accomplished technologist, strategic thinker, and an excellent manager with a proven track record in product management, project management, time management, and tiered team management. With over 28 direct reports under his leadership, David has managed system, cloud, mobile, application, UI, application/system integration, and database development tasks for global Fortune 500 companies.

David's credentials include a degree in Music Education, Voice and Opera with Cum Laude honors from Azusa Pacific University and a Master of Science in Computer Science from the same institution. Over the years, he has held several leadership positions in various organizations, including Senior Vice President of Medical Human Factors & User Experience at Ipsos Insight, President & Principal Consultant at RED Group International, and Director of Digital Communications at the University of California, Riverside. He has also served as an Adjunct Professor at both National University and Riverside Community College.
