David Hillmer

David Hillmer is a passionate advocate of agile working and New Work principles, believing that embracing change and fostering a culture of learning and celebration of mistakes leads to the development of superior products. Through his various endeavors, David aims to guide individuals, teams, and organizations in recognizing and welcoming change. He is the founder of HelloAgile, offering workshops, training, and consultancy services focusing on methodologies like Scrum, OKR, and LEGO SERIOUS PLAY. David is also an author, with his latest work being the book 'PLAY! Der unverzichtbare LEGO SERIOUS PLAY Praxis-Guide für Trainer, Coaches und Moderatoren.'

David is dedicated to education and is a lecturer in Entrepreneurship at Hochschule Fresenius, drawing from his experience with ten successful startup ventures to provide engaging stories and valuable practical knowledge to his students. He co-hosts the 'Unboxing Agile' podcast with Daniel Räder, where they delve into the world of agile working, sharing practical insights and inviting interesting guests.
