David Hilde is an experienced real estate development professional with a strong education background. He received a Bachelor of Science in Urban Planning from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and later studied for his Master of Business Administration degree from Harvard Business School. Hilde leveraged his degrees to start his professional career as a Development Associate at Clark Realty Capital, where he gained valuable skills and knowledge.
After his time at Clark Realty Capital, Hilde held various positions within the real estate industry, including Vice President, Development at Vornado Realty Trust and Development Manager at The Caruthers Companies. These positions gave him opportunities to learn and build upon his already established skills in developing large-scale real estate projects.
Hilde has been involved in several large-scale real estate developments throughout his career, and his contributions were instrumental to the success of each project. He has worked on projects such as Perseus Tdc, Jbg Smith, and Vornado Realty Trust. At Perseus Tdc, he is currently serving as Vice President, Development.
