David Hewitt

David Hewitt is a gaming industry veteran who currently serves as the Vice President and Studio Head at Monolith Productions, a subsidiary of Warner Bros. Games.12 He joined Monolith Productions in September 2021, taking on the leadership role to oversee game development and studio culture.12

Prior to his current position, Hewitt had a long career at PlayStation, where he worked for over 10 years in various roles.1 His most recent position at PlayStation was Director of Product Development, where he contributed to the development of games at Sony Santa Monica Studio.1

Hewitt's career in the gaming industry spans more than 20 years. Before joining PlayStation in 2011, he held lead designer positions at Tantalus Interactive and Ratbag Games.12 His extensive experience in game design and production has made him a respected figure in the industry.
