David Hanley-Tejeda is an accomplished scholar with a strong academic background in Intercultural Communication and Performance Studies.
He holds a Ph.D. in Intercultural Communication and a Master's degree in Speech Communication with a Performance Studies emphasis from Southern Illinois University, Carbondale.
His educational journey also includes an Associate of Arts in Liberal Arts and Sciences from the College of Marin and a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communication from California State University-Chico.
David has contributed to various academic institutions in roles such as Assistant Professor, Frederick Douglass Teaching Scholar Fellow, and Graduate Teaching Assistant at different universities.
He has taught Communication Studies with a focus on Performance Studies at Bloomsburg University, St. Cloud State University, and served as Full Time Temporary Faculty at Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
