David Goldstein

David Goldstein is an accomplished professional with extensive expertise in data-driven business charts. As the President of Mekko Graphics, he leads sales and marketing, working closely with product and customer support teams to help customers choose the best way to present their data. Goldstein has developed presentations, webinars, and toolkits to demonstrate best practices for data-driven charting. With a PhD in Management Science from MIT Sloan and master's degrees in Information Science and Engineering and Applied Mathematics from Harvard, Goldstein is a former Harvard Business School professor and an expert in analyzing and presenting data. He has taught courses in Information Technology, Accounting, Business Strategy, Marketing, and Organizational Behavior at various universities, including MIT Sloan and Boston University.

Goldstein is an active member of the Boston chapter of SIM (Society for Information Management) and has served the organization as a roundtable chair, program chair, and marketing chair. In addition, he co-founded Knowledge Management Associates, where he led the development of the Mekko Graphics product. He has also worked with professional services clients on multi-million dollar consulting engagements. Goldstein successfully pivoted KMA from an application development firm to a SharePoint firm, before focusing on the Mekko Graphics product. He lives and works in the Boston area, and his experience and expertise make him a valuable asset to any organization that deals with data analytics, charting, or presentation.
