David Glasscock, SIOR

David N. Glasscock is a seasoned real estate professional with over 25 years of experience in the industry, currently serving as the Senior Vice President in the Capital Markets Investment group of CBRE in Dallas/Ft. Worth.

Mr. Glasscock specializes in urban investments, urban land strategy, adaptive re-use properties, and land development, showcasing expertise in the adaptive reuse of real estate, urban land strategy, and office/land investment sales.

His career highlights include spearheading over 3 million square feet of client acquisition and disposition, along with one million square feet of corporate lease commitments, demonstrating a proven track record of successful real estate transactions.

He has a strong focus on the redevelopment and adaptive reuse of properties in the D/FW urban areas, representing clients in both the disposition and acquisition of commercial assets.

Throughout his career, Mr. Glasscock has represented a diverse range of clients, including top-tier organizations such as Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cathay Bank, Capital One, Baylor/Scott & White Hospital, FedEx, Fujitsu, and more, for their corporate and individual real estate assignments.

In addition to his role at CBRE, Mr. Glasscock has held senior positions at Colliers International and Fischer & Company, bringing a wealth of experience and expertise to his current role.

He actively served as the President of the North Texas Association of Commercial Realtors (NTCAR), showcasing his commitment to the real estate community and further establishing his leadership in the industry.
